PS - if NATO was off the table, the Russians would still be shelling apartment buildings, schools, and hospitals, and raping women to keep Ukraine from joining the European Union. All this crabbing about NATO is ****. Putin has nothing to fear from NATO membership and everything to fear from EU membership. His economy is crap and its even worse crap if he no longer has any influence in Ukraine.
